Building the leading pest control brand portfolio on Amazon.
Fort Technology Inc. is a publicly-traded e-commerce company combining two decades of pest control product expertise with Amazon-native commerce, AI-enabled tooling, and disciplined capital allocation.
What we do
Fort Technology designs, sources, and sells pest control products across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and other European markets — with a US market expansion planned. We operate as a principal in our revenue model, taking inventory risk and setting pricing across our brands and channels.
Roughly 93–98% of our revenue is generated through Amazon FBA and FBM. Beyond Amazon, our subsidiary Fort Products Limited maintains its long-standing direct presence at fortproducts.co.uk, where the Roshield, Entopest, Rempro and BirdGo brands have served amateur and professional pest control customers since 2005.
Corporate structure
Fort Technology Inc. is incorporated in Ontario, Canada, and dual-listed on NASDAQ (FRTT) and the TSX Venture Exchange (FORT). Our principal executive offices are in Toronto.
How we run.
We operate a white-label sourcing model: third-party manufacturers in China, the United Kingdom and Italy produce to our specification, with no exclusivity agreements. In FY2025, we sourced approximately 47% of our products from China and 53% from the United Kingdom — a substantial diversification from the all-UK base of 2023. Final assembly, packing and distribution take place at two leased warehouses in the United Kingdom, and our operations team is UK-based.
